MISSION AND PURPOSE STATEMENT
HEALTHY PETS, INC
Healthy Pets, Inc. realized the tremendous need to increase public awareness of potentially serious public health diseases of dogs and cats that can be prevented through vaccination. Healthy Pets mission is to help pet owners recieve quality veterinary care for low cost. Healthy Pets does not function as a comprehensive extended care service nor does it serve as a substitute for the regular care only your family veterinarian can provide. Healthy Pets provides this public service in needed areas in an effort to improve the quality of life for pets by:
*Offering veterinary services provided by qualified state licensed veterinarians and technicians.
*Offering extensive low-cost immunization and vaccination programs for dogs and cats.
*Offering preventative heartworm and flea control treatments.
PURPOSE STATEMENTS
*Increase public awareness that vaccination is inexpensive protection against costly treatment or premature death in pets and as a preventative resource against diseases (zoonosis) that are spread from animals to man.
*Ensuring an approach to veterinary care that helps educate pet owners in proper care and treatment of dogs and cats and concerning the issues of public health.
*Seek and develop a community outreach program offering educational classes in animal CPR and first aid.
*Seek to establish cooperative relationships with other veterinarians in order to further establish our educational community and community goals.
It is our hope that Healthy Pets, Inc will be here to serve the animals and human community for years to come and to help provide care for animals in need.
